The location. Bed was comfortable.

I messaged advanced telling them it was my son's 21st. No response. Get there and the price was wrong. So had to sort that out. Get up to the room and no water or anything in bar fridge! Not a drop of drink in sight.

Location - directly across from flinders station and close to all major locations in the CBD. Buffet breakfast (which was included in our stay) is excellent. Great place to stay if you need to be in the CBD

Our room was an adjoining room, we clearly hear the person next door, including their constant coughing through the night

We loved everything about DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne and it will be our city hotel of choice!

The location is incredibly central. The buffet breakfast was extensive offering a vast array of different choices. Staff were all friendly and professional.
