Nice size bedroom and location

Needs atm and cleaners need to replenish coffee for 3 people everyday. Needs airport shuttle. Needs better restaurant.

Great location. Light blocking curtains.

Rusted drain in tub, not very clean shower curtain, no trash can in bathroom, no soap dish for bar soap, pretty loud if youre on a lower floor. No water filter / refill stations.

It was good experience:

The room size was very good The breakfast was more than perfect.

No swimming pool,no washing machine but hotel has family suites and the washing machine is very important for any family. No coffee,tea or water are complimentary.. and this was big problem during the closure of Christmas day.

I booked 2 rooms and unfortunately the rooms were on different floors. Otherwise, the hotel was great and the breakfast was good.

Getting to the hotel from NYC was painful.

The beds were uncomfortable. The shower did not drain. The ac made a noise and did not keep room cool.

Superb

Excellent service from the reception staff, personnel in the restaurant/bar and concierge. The allergy friendly cookie was a welcome surprise. I was also given an upgrade to a suite with a view.

The entrance doors were a little hard to get in and out of with luggage.
