Very good

The staff were very nice especially Omer and another colleague of his. They were friendly, joking and always had a smile on their face. They tried to help us with everything we needed such as transportation to another location, directions, etc.

Lack of knowledge will force guests to pay extra money in hotel.

The location is near to Takseem

The lights were not functional inside the room. They charged money (18 Euros) regarding, mini bar soft drinks. I was unaware of that was not free. They shouldn't keep inside the room if, it is not free or should have asked guests about to keep or remove from the room.

Nice romantic Hotel

Omar the receptionist was very gentle, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant very comfortable and the cuisine staff very friendly and clean.

The location is not far from Taksim, 1 km, but the slope to reach it on foot tiring, taxi is helpful to overcome this issue.

Excellent and very clean

Every thing was perfect in this hotel . Very good breakfast for the price value ,cleanness and comfort . The staff were very polite and helpful and they know English language. Mr Omer was fantastic and very honest and helpful person I really appreciate his help. I highly recommend this hotel.
