The staff went above and beyond by helping with a flat tire situation, promptly providing an air compressor. Overall, the guests were grateful for the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Very good

Overall, what I like most about the place is the staff; they are responsive and supportive. The rooms are very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is much faster compared to the previous year (at a different branch).

Minor comment: the room has just been repainted, I think. It's quite annoying with the new paint smell.

Even with issues, I would stay again

The room was nice. Location was perfect to where I wanted to go. Easy access to the freeway and to various stores.

There seemed to be a lot working being done in the hotel. There was a lot of hammering and yelling in room 136, the one next to me. This happened on various days when I couldn't get rest. Other employees that were cleaning the room next door (room 138) kept banging the door on the other side to keep it open. This is concerning as I do not want to lose the $100 deposit if they did the same thing to my room. The faucet seemed to let out some water ever so often. The door underneath the sink was hanging off from one of its hinges (see photos). The door worked fine, but I had to be careful to not kick it.

I didn't like because they offered Hot tub and doesn't work the hotel 2 am the Fire Alarm sound and everybody call to from desk and they don't pickup the phone to explain what happened the Alarm sound to more then 30 minutes

Location

Carpets were very dirty. Walking barefoot made the feet dark as if walked in dirt. The housekeeping did clean the rooms nicely but the carpets need shampooing .
