Next time, I will stay somewhere else !

The location was excellent.

My room was not cleaned the whole time I was there. I also had a broken heater in my room that was not fixed.

The location is perfect, the breakfast was very good, and the room was comfortable.

We left, by mistake, two jackets, and the same afternoon, we left the hotel, we called to ask for the jackets, and they said they hadn't found them, which is very weird. I even talked to the manager yesterday, and he said he would call me after looking for them, but I haven't heard from them yet. Did they really clean the room for the next visitors? Or they found the jackets but then the jackets disappeared?

Nothing! I have driven from Pennsylvania to San Diego over an 8 day period and I stayed at Hampton Inns throughout my travel to San Diego. This property by far was the worst. From the moment I hit your front desk until I arrived to my room. The room itself was gross. I will never stay or refer this property for anyone. I paid $205 dollars for a room that should have been a $50 dollar room. Terrible!!!

Te rooms, poor insonoration listen the next rooms The location is just behind the railway that passes frequently The service. I requested the housekeeping service in 2 different days with the front desk personal. Never clean up my room.

Great!

Free breakfast! Also it's very easy to get to the hotel. It's very near to little italy, i enjoyed the saturday market and christmas event a lot. It also felt safer than gaslamp area.

Never again.

Location is perfect

It smelled like urine when we entered the room. We could not tell right away why but soon had to find out the the AC was leaking and the entire floor was wet and loose from mold. I complained the next day but the email that I should send my complaint did not exist. I emailed the hilton management but never received a response.
