Hotel info on screen was very user unfriendly. Couldnt get the menus to work on QR code. Cant understand why shuttle to airport was only on the hour for free. Mean!!!

Close to the airport, Clean room, Has an airport shuttle with a friendly driver.

The male reception staff for check-in was nice and polite, but the female reception staff in the morning was unfriendly, not communicating clearly, giving an impression she hates customers to deal with. I am Japanese so it also gives she unwelcomes someone from an Asian decent by racial profiling. She might think such a thing is OK, while from a customer's point of view paying 160 USDs for a night, it's a laughable no go for sure. The room was clean and modern, but around 11 pm, they were cleaning rooms next to mine as well as the opposite of mine across the corridor, with lots of noise. The rooms were not at all properly insulated, and they were travellers (with American accent), talking loudly in a group in the corridors that I could hear their conversation word by word from my bed around midnight. I also heard lots of noise from the upper floor too. It's an airport attached hotel, with passengers busily coming and going out in any hours. If you need a sound sleep, this hotel is definitely not recommended.

Very practical place to stay while waiting for a layover

The hotel sent us a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, it was quick and easy. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome and checked into our room which was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and the service at the hotel was wonderful.
