for an international chain hotel- expected to have staff that could communicate in basic English as a minimum - not west

there is a complete lack of English spoken by all staff I couldnt even ask for extra pillows as the didnt understand me despite being transferred to 4 different people. an international hotel that has a pool bar but does not serve any cocktails nor do they have a cocktail list available anywhere within the resort! does not serve wine and more so champagne! attempts to charge you corkage for bringing your own champagne from outside as they dont stock any as well as charge you for ice ! took us 10 minutes to try and order room service despite menu having numbers and transfered to 3 different people again due to complete lack of English!

its very roomy firendly staff breakfast buffet has lots of variety of food to chose from

We booked this Hotel because we believe it is real Crowne Plaza brand of IHG but it turns out it owns by the Chinese who will serve mostly Chinese tourists (in the past). We were deceived by the IHG brand. It is a good brand but it was lend to a bad Hotel

Bad and poor maintenance. The room has laminated sheet of room charges if you break any items in the room which is we never seen in any hotels we stayed in the past. I guess they must have terrible guests who from mainland China. This hotel has Chinese written all over
