HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - stay away!!!!

Nice apartment, but VERY NOISY, there's a construction building next door so there is TERRIBLE NOISE from 5am to 3pm. Landlord or "host" is annoying, he invades privacy of guests, NO guests are allowed, not even for tea, not even a doctor to see my friend who had a severe cold. Hear / AC doesn't work. And again worst of all, "landlord" keeps watching who enters the property and sends whatsapps harassing us, the guests and inviding our privacy. Then, you book and then they ask for 1000 GBP for deposit, via paypal. I sent our 2 ids for arrival more than one week before, 15 mins before check in he asks for 1800 GBP for second guest!! And he says he is open to "negotiate" !??? Who negotiates - no serious property does it. This Daniel person took advantage of us , out in the rain and had to pay 1150 GBP extra plus 1000 deposit to access. I should have stayed at the St Martins Lane or other luxury hotel no this horrible managed place. My worst TRIP in my life , they made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Amazing location in central London walking distance to shops and tourist spots. Very modern apartment with an amazing design. The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout all communication

Great location but couldn't reach owners

The location was amazing, literally between Picadilly, West End, Leicester Square, Convent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and a short walk to everything. One minute to Leicester Sq underground. On a buzzing, loud street but wonderfully soundproofed. Modern building with lift.

The weather was unseasonably hot, and there was only one small window that opened and let in massive noise in the LR - none in the bedroom. The fan in the LR was broken although there was a good one in the BR. I reached out several times to the owners to inquire about using the A/C, called them, and used 2 emails, but never heard from them. It cooled off as the week went on, so I just let it go, but it would have become a serious issue had it been a more critical problem. Some of the pictures, while similar, are not of the property that you rent, and at the price I paid I could have gone to a fancy hotel. ($3K for 6 nights).

A disappointment communication in a grreat apartment with a bad attitude to the renters. .

A beautiful apartment in a marvelous location. But

All the sheets and cushion cover were wet. No drier that we could dry them out quickly. Just two wet towels for the three of us. And 3 dirty with stains white towels. AC did not work. No light blankets or extra sheets. No towel paper We felt like spending the 2 first nights in a campground Could not get response from the care taker or the owner in the 2 first days. On the third day we got 2 more towels and on the 4th day luckily we had a good response from the owner letting us check out at 2pm We really think that we deserve a compensation for the inconvenient we had at the 2 first days.

If you are 4 people the sofa is not that confortable and there is no blind so you need to be prepared, to me this is perfect if you are 2 only Also the 1000 deposit came as a surprise at the last minute after bookong so it would be best to say it before
