Pleasant

It'll do, but don't expect a warm fuzzy feeling staying here

The location was convenient. Close to freeways. Ample parking. Part of the reason we chose this place was the breakfast being included, but it opened too late (7:30am on weekend) for us to take advantage of it. Security was good and bad--good that the whole place is behind key controlled gate/doors, but bad because of inconvenience of even trying to get to the lobby to check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was a nice bonus.

All external doors are locked by 10:30 pm and you have to go through the lobby, which is frustrating when you've parked in the back of the hotel to be closer to your room, and then having to walk all the way around the hotel to get in, and then walk through the maze to get to your room. As I said above, it's good that there are all these security measures, but it's inconvenient when the lobby doors and gate can only be opened with your key card. More so when you're carrying luggage. The front desk staff was a bit grumpy when I checked in but the person who checked me out was pleasant. Breakfast was meh. Eggs were fried in flat patties and most were cold continental foods. I stayed here a few years ago and remembered the breakfast being very good. Not this time.
