The Sonesta Select San Jose Airport provided a great experience with a kind and helpful staff. They were accommodating to changes in our multiple-week stay and made sure we and our pet were comfortab (Read More)le. The facility was clean and had a pleasant smell. Despite not being a 5-star hotel, there were no complaints. The staff, particularly Tanya, made the check-in experience wonderful and turned a stressful situation around. We would highly recommend staying here.

Disappointing

Friendly staff. Great location. Beds were comfortable.

No microwave in room! Shower/tub was filthy... luckly toilet and vanity sink were clean. Some parts of parking lot were blocked off which made getting to our room a longer walk to unload and load car.

This is a comfortable place, and reasonably priced.

The location was convenient to the airport and the room was clean.. we were visiting family so we were only there to sleep

There didnt seem to be much in the way of food. The area where it appeared to serve food was closed both mornings. They did have coffee available, but nothing else

I love how clean and safe this property is. Its affordable and its always my first choice to take my kids to when my house is being worked on. Staff is so friendly and thats the best part!

Nice clean place

Our room was very clean and comfortable. I wanted to thank the staff for accommodating us with a late check out to attend a funeral. I do think the $18 a day for parking is a bit ridiculous! I work across the street and thought about parking over there next time. :(

The charge for parking was pretty high! There was plenty of parking in the parking lot. We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express on Monterey Rd San Jose. They did not charge for parking which was nice. They also have a nice continental breakfast with a cute automatic pancake maker.
