Passable

Charged extra for parking because it was Christmas Day and charged way too much on a deposit for my stay I understand when its a 100$ deposit like it usually is but they charged me far more then that and told me itll be returned 3-5 days later or maybe even a week (Front desk never mentioned the big deposit)

For $350.00 a night, you think they would be nicer & have a working toilet

When it was time to leave.

They did not honor what the website offered. I.E. 1. They did not offer the free parking, and said they haven't had frre parking in 2yrs. 2. Breakfast was also not included. Any Breakfast was pay only. 3. After showing them the site information, A staff member said that "No one uses Priceline it crap. 4.The toilet was broken. 5. The thermostat wasn't working properly

Pillows were really flat and the smoke alarm was a bright flashing light right above out bed at night.

Friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. Fantastic beds and vanity. Minimum standard breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and decent amenities. I slept well in a bed with great comfort. The windows do an OK job to muffle the noise from the highway ca 100m/300ft away.

The water pressure in the shower I will never get. This is not the first hotel, where it is like that. The free part of the free breakfast is not exactly what I would call a breakfast. Croissants and the blueberry muffins are made of concrete. Everything else you may buy at own expense.

Great for quick stays..Heavy masculine targeting a bit weird but chic decor makes up!

Loved the room layout. Amenities were disappointing but the bed was comfy and the bed linens and. Comforter were nice. Ice machine fine if a long way off. Electronics were great. Loved that the price was so low. We were there on a holiday so the lack of food service did not bother us and we liked that since the place was so empty we were not charged for parking which would have been a big insult.

Amenities were lackluster. Soap and lotion were skimpy, old and stale. Coffee was not drinkable. It did not even smell like coffee! Snack prices were priced too high too far above retail prices we couldnt find extra toilet paper but it may have been there. Most important: light inadequate especially in the bathroom. Women need more light in the bathroom. Throughout the room felt dark.

It was only a 3 day night stay! But, it was excellent!!

The free breakfast vouchers were cool! The location was excellent to Levi Stadium. Melissa Lambert was really good and a nice surprise! Loved playing pool

Location, cleanliness and convenience

The staff, a lady at the front desk was not friendly and when my daughter said hi to her she acted like it was an inconvenience. There were also two males at the front desk later who just stared at us instead of greeting us. Very rude. Also having to pay for parking ridiculous
