Great place to stay

This is the third year we have stayed here for New Year's. Our room gave us a great view of the bay fireworks. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

Quiet and Peaceful

I liked the location and proximity to Delaware. It was quiet and the rooms were very nice. The lobby was decorated and very warm and cozy.

There was a problem with the shower and they moved me to a new room. The TV in the new room didn't work but they replaced it immediately. The only complaint was they should put slip protectors in the showers. I stepped in and fell due to the shower being so slippery.

Nice hotel, convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants.

My room was HUGE and comfortable. I also enjoyed the bathroom. Shower facilities were very good as well.

The overwhelming smell of weed in the lobby and in the elevators. It hit me when I first walked into the lobby and it pretty much stayed in the elevators 3/4 of the time I was there. That alone will make me reconsider a second stay. I cannot stand that smell. The hotel is great but the pervasive odor is a problem. The heating units are a bit loud as well but not really enough to completely disturb sleep. I noticed it the second night I was there.

Hotel was very nice and great location.

Ok so we stayed one night, I checked my bank statement and there were three charges one was the 100.00 security deposit, the charge for the room, and then another charge. Guy at the front desk wasn't sure he said to wait a few days, couple days later still on called them said they couldn't see any of those charges, had to call the bank they said they were on as purchases. I did get the 200.00 back. Please check your statements at this hotel, will not be going back.
