The DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront has friendly staff and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The hotel is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to (Read More) the ocean. Some guests found the shower water pressure and temperature to be lacking, and noticed some broken items in their room. However, the overall experience was good, with courteous and helpful staff and enjoyable amenities like pools, fire pits, and hammock areas. Guests would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

HORRIBLE will never stay at this hotel again. Outdated.

Location and friendly staff.

Hotel needs a complete Rehab. Old, smelly room was falling apart. Shower head was clogged with a trickle of water to shower. Requested NOT to be near an elevator and was placed to the elevator which made a loud humming noise all night. Slept on the couch due to the noise which was extremely uncomfortable, flat stained and needed to be replaced. Room was tight luggage rack would not fight into room to upload. HORRIBLE experience and will NEVER recommend to anyone and will NEVER return to this hotel. Was informed no rooms were available to switch as the hotel was booked. Would appreciate some time of concession.

Dirty sheets. There were blood on the sheets. Extremely noisy heating system. We couldnt sleep well. Some of the lights in the room werent working. We smelled smoking in the bathroom. Seems someone in another room was smoking. This supposed to be non smoking property

It was a great experience.

DoubleTree hotel is great and really exceeded my expectation, huge room, comfort beds, cool kitchen, fantastic indoor pool and great staff. It was sad to leave the place but I promise I will come back again soon.

Beautiful location over looking the oceanfront

The view is dynamite! Restaurant on site. Pool/hot tub were great!

Had a hard time getting a cleaning person. We took out our our trash and had to ask for towels and linens.

Loved the oceanfront view! Very spacious room with great amenities!

Had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly. Cold water bathroom sink faucet had almost no pressure. Dishwasher leaked a little. One reading light didn't work on the headboard.

Clean hotel with poor communication and low water pressure

Nice clean rooms, Nice hot tub, heated pool, decent bed, easy parking, early check in if room is ready, phone check in includes picking own room on map and using phone as key.

The Booking.Com message said we had to wear masks in the hotel which was a lie. We had already paid or i would have cancelled. Instead i had to buy masks for my family since hotels hadnt asked us to use these in 2 years but this one did. I wrote the hotel a message asking if we really had to wear masks which they ignored. I wasted money buying them since it was a lie. The bathroom water pressure in the room was the other issue. It took 10 flushes to clear a few sheets of toilet paper left by the previous guest. The shower pressure couldnt reach beyong 1/3 of the tub. You could turn it to get one jet that was like showering in a strongg squirt gun. The market i had planned to buy a water at night from was closed as of around 7pm.
