The Holiday Inn Ocean City, an IHG Hotel, is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean, although some guests mentioned a well-used feeling. The small kitchen is an added bonus and the bat (Read More)hroom, while small, offers plenty of space around the sink for personal items. Many rooms provide beautiful views of the beach and stunning sunrises.

Location of the hotel, restaurant down stairs and the indoor pool.

Our bathtub wasn't working properly, when you put on the shower the pipe water is still running which cause the tub to back up with some water. I called for maintenance to come to our room but front desk called back and said it was not fixable and we would need to move rooms. We refused since we were already unpacked. However, next time they need to ensure the facilities are working before they put customers in certain rooms.

I didn't like that the bed was extremely hard. I like firm beds but it was almost like sleeping on the floor.

The view from 601 is breathtaking.

There was what I would call a ring in our tub . This hotel offers absolutely no room services. We went down for my boyfriend's 40th birthday. The "surprise" was walked right by my very observant boyfriend. His name on his birthday card was misspelled. I asked for a new birthday note to be left at the desk so we could at least take it w/ us - that was not left. The restaurant downstairs had an unpleasant bartender who made it very known he would not be waiting on us to make a decision for our order to be taken. He then made us wait for the receipt after he assumed we would not tip since we were bringing the food to our room. An envelope was left for us to give gratuity to our housekeeper but , we were told to go downstairs for something as simple as a cork screw.
