It was Oceanfront and you could hear the waves.... The Girl behind the front desk was Awesome

That we had no A/C or heat in the first room & had to go to another room which was higher up Again the Girl at the front desk took care of us!!

Not a thing they gave me room to someone else. I BOOKED A Water front room. When I got there they said I booked a pool side. I left my wife was so hurt.

Bad sleep in a hot room, but wonderful people and great location

The staff were great! The lobby was bright and lively, the pool and hot tub were nice and very clean. The rooms were clean and offered all the amenities.

There was no breakfast offered- the beds were small and very uncomfortable and the air conditioner buttons were broken. There was a smell of someone smoking pot in our hallway consistently.

The location on the boardwalk with ocean front view.

After we arrived at the hotel we went upstairs to our and the room had a horrible odor so I went to the front desk and the clerk gave me some deodorizing spray. I was very concerned about the odor since Ive had lung issues in the past. My friend also sprayed Lysol which helped a little. Later that night we opened the broken sofa bed and there was mold all over the inside of the bed. I went to use the phone to call downstairs and the phone was broken. There were several ants by the phone. We couldnt wait to get out of there. Went down to front desk and the clerk called the night manager who then put us in another room with no windows. I believe it was around 4 in the morning. At 8 a. m. we went to front desk to speak to the night manager (I left a message for him to call me but he didnt). After waiting he finally came out to meet with us. He was not very accommodating. While I was explaining to him the scenario he walked away several times with his back to me. I felt like he was annoyed with us. I asked him if he responded to the communication from Salim B. (Booking.com) and he said they were emailing back and forth. He didnt want to reimburse us the night before but Booking.com did. So finally he agreed to reimburse us the total amount and we left the hotel.

Disappointing

I would probably not stay at this location based upon staff showing no concern for the issue withthe

Location was very close to the event I was down for. Room was clean? Access to the beach was perfect as we were right on the boardwalk. The hotel had close convenient parking for guest.

Cleaning the AC filters, shower wasn't adjustable and the pipes were not secured to anything inside the wall just free floationg.
