Comfortable and suitable for our needs

Great location, very roomy, clean. Tv in bedroom was playing up and staff were responsive

The rear balcony has great views but you cant see due to the material used. No flyscreens on the bedroom window so couldnt leave window open. Not very safe when on third floor and small child who could jump straight out

Clean, comfy but a lot of noise by the tram,

The rooms were clean and spacious, the facilities were good, and the staff were friendly.

The location was unfavourable, the tram and nearby nightclub generated excessive noise, which made it difficult to sleep.

We love staying here for its location.

The property in looking tired. You can tell that the rooms are for appearances clean but under the bed, around the edges in the bathroom, along the skirting boards are not cleaned

Came up to see a show

It was a great property nice room that had a fair bit of room and a nice little sort of enclosed balcony. Great kitchenette and a little couch. I could sit and watch telly on if I wanted to! It was also so close to the main street at Saint Kilda

The parking options for our 2 vehicles, one paid parking and the other, outside the hotel front.

No view from the frosted room balcony. Also the fridge was very small with no freezer to freeze ice bricks. The water from bathroom basin splashed onto us, if the water pressure was fast.

The location and price make up for the hotels shortcomings.

Fantastic Location and good price.

Stained bed covers. The shower temp would fluctuate from mild to piping hot, so could never stay underneath the shower head. We got 2 rooms. The inside room is much nicer.

The cost was so competitive we didnt expect much so were very surprised - the staff are great and helpful, the locatio

Eight from the start - the staff, during booking and arrival always helpful and courteous. The room was bigger than we thought and had a nice green view. The location is excellent as is the security parking. We stayed over Christmas Day and all other clients were respectful and friendly.

A microwave would easily die in the kitchen area and be handy.
