Very good

Quiet nights in Brixton

The communication was fantastic. Spot on, timely and helpful. Everything was well explained and prepared. The host offers extra services besides hosting and was eager to be of assistance in case of need. The room was small but sufficient and clean and comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood so the night's sleep is undisturbed. Brixton station is less than 10 mins. away.

the flat was equipped with everything we needed, coffee, tea, towels, full equipped kitchen a bathroom, very warm flat also so that was a big plus as London that time of year is really cold. the host was very friendly and provided us with detailed information about everything. nothing to complain about

Nice rooms with a very friendly host

The apartment and the rooms are super clean and offer everything you'd need for your stay. Even though we never actually met in person, Ronald was a wonderful host, arranging an early bag drop-off and accommodated a very early check-out as well.

Not much to dislike. I guess if the place is full you might have to wait a bit to use the bathroom, but I never had the issue and I'm sure that if you need tha bath at a specific time, you can very well schedule with the other tenants :)

Superb

The rooms were very nice, everything was provided: TV, towels, soup.... The owner was very nice, he gave us all the needed information. The buss stations are very close to the place and it is easy to get to the attractions. Highly recommend the place.

Rude host, comfortable bed. Not ideal for single females

Comfortable bed, lock on door and clean.

Was called xenophobic and racist for explaining that I wasnt entirely comfortable in sharing an apartment with a male stranger with a bathroom that didnt lock properly. The description was not clear at all on booking.com and the photos. It looked like a prison outside. I have screen shots of the awful accusation as it totally upset and shocked me. What kind of host calls his paying guests that. It spoilt my entire trip. If I could have afforded to change hotels I would have, but he was rude and irrational. Shocked!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cool Place 02 Academy and I can't express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly, cool and welcoming host, Ronald. He not only provided me with all the necessary information about London but also offered tremendous help upon arrival. My room was nothing short of perfection. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.
