We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the renovated rooms, the mattresses and linens. The rooms were a decent size (bigger than an NYC room) and there was plenty of storage. Quiet, comfortable. Nice shower with excellent pressure. Free parking. Bus to NYC a 2 min walk away. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 5-10 min of the hotel as well. We expected a motel but it was really more like a hotel which was nice too. Had a nice vibe. The staff were all very nice and checking in and out was efficient.

The breakfast was just ok, but it was free. Coffee was terrible. But again, it was free.

Great value for money!

Great location, easy to get to the city via public transport or taxis, comfortable rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Nearby shops & restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend if wanting to visit NYC on a more affordable budget.

The breakfast wasn't the best/healthiest, but did the job. We would've preferred proper cutlery/plates instead of plastic & the utensils for meat could've been separate for the non meat based things, for vegetarians like myself. But otherwise value for money!

Very good value for money, but there are some things to improve

1. Its very affordable if youre traveling to NY, but not ready for hotel prices there. The hotel is best case scenario (if traffic is green) 20-30 minutes far away by bus from Manhattan. 2. The room was very clean. 3. The view on Manhattan is adorable

1. The permanent smell on the floor (not inside the room). For me it was hard to tolerate it, I was blocking my nose each time I was coming from elevator or stairs to the room. 2. Monotonous breakfast. Ive been there for 6 days, breakfast was all the same all days. Choice was very limited. 3. Apple Pay was not working. No contactless payments at all in the hotel. So, I wasnt able to pay for my hotel room with card. Even with inserting the physical card there was some issue.

Loved the stay with the view and cleanliness!

I liked the view from our hotel room. Very Nice and extremely clean. All channels on tv.

Bought a room that had a hot tub picture showed a room with a hot tub, and walked into the room with a bathtub hot tub and non working jets.

Stayed here to be near NYC as we were attending an event, and location in Edgewater gave us plenty of options for dinner

In the heart of Edgewater, requested room with city view, was not disappointed! Very clean room, and incredibly comfortable bed and linens! Slept through complimentary breakfast .

Be careful not to use a prepaid card as they wont give you back the insurance amount

i liked the location

even though the stay was good , i had to give a low review due to not paying me back the amount of insurance (i left on oct 11) even after contacting the property.
