Very nice simple hotel! Nice location close to everything but calm and quite.

the staff was very nice and also the location was amazing, very close to chelsea bars and stores but with a quite ambiance.

Good

Basic accommodation at a London price.

Good, basic accomodation for one night for me and 2 children. Very good location in a nice area of London, we walked to National History Museum but also took a tube to central London. Standard, basic breakfast was included, some choice of cereal, toast, cheese and ham, some fruit, Apple/Orange juice and a nice coffee.

The room was quite drafty with very drafty windows but central heating was on so we were warm.

Property within good location but without lifts/elevators

Property is located just 7 minutes' walk from Earl's court tube station on main Piccadilly line, which gives the hotel an excellent location. This is very near to South Kennington station where most of the museums are located. In the area there are few Thai, Indian and Mediterranean restaurants along with Burger King outlet. Staff was friendly trying to support as much as possible, Hotel in general was clean.

The hotel does not have any elevator or lifts, and staircases are steep with rooms as high as on 2/3rd floor. Since we were travelling with checked in luggage and our allotted room was on 2nd floor, and luggage storage on basement floor, taking the luggage weight up and down was painful. We could not even be offered early check-in though the same was requested few days before. Breakfast was basic English breakfast with toast, cereals, banana, apples along with sachet of jam and honey with coffee. Though on second day they ran out of eggs and we could not be provided with eggs, even though we were at breakfast with one hour before its closure.

Lovely stay. We stayed in a family room which was nice and spacious, clean and lovely decor. The room was lovely and warm and also had a fan to use if needed. Caught a tube from victoria to Earls court and it was literally a 6 minute walk from the station to hotel.

Maybe the pillows could've been better bit thats about it.

Good for a one night stay.

Good location good for one night and bed clean. The breakfast is ok. Would be beneficial to have mess furnitures in the room. Staff is nice. Its a good location for a one night stay. Not expensive and decent.

The shower could have been a bit cleaner and the floor as well. No hot shower enough.
