Very good

Good value for money. Lovely staff!

Loved the staff in reception. They were so helpful and accommodating! The room was big and the pillows were so comfy! The hotel is very well located and with easy access. The pool was lovely!

Details. Wifi in the room was spotty, not enough light at night to read. Mattress in queen bed was super hard.

A haven of peace in Siem Reap

Central location yet very peaceful with rooms overlooking the swimming pool and greenery. Nice size balconies and rooms too! We really enjoyed our stay. It was a haven of peace after our active days exploring Angkor Wat. Staff were so helpful and welcoming too. We would stay here again !

Not as much value for money as expected.

Lovely orientation around the pool with mature vegetation. Spacious and clean room. Lobby staff helpful. Enjoyed the pool.

No TV (sorry, no work). Hot water scarce in the sink and bathtub plug didnt work.

It was awesome!

Looks even better in real life! The real treat, though were the staff. They managed to get us a shower 15 after we had checked out, and were back to pick up our luggage. (You can imagine how life saving that shower was after a whole day of Ankgoring)

A perfect stay!

We arrived early in the morning - check-in was done in a few minutes and we could use the room at once. Very good accessibility by Skytrain. An oasis of silence in a turbulent city. The staff was always very friendly and the service was great! A dreamlike swimming pool and excellent sleep quality.

Very good

The staff are very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure everything was prepared and in place for us. From taxi pick up, circus show and bike rental, everything was managed so well and the staff are so lovely! They really made a difference to our stay in Siem Reap!
