Do better about housekeepers checking the rooms for everything. Other than the TV and the kitchen smelling like weed was

The property was very nice and the staff was awesome.

When we checked in our room, we didnt go to it right then. We went to eat and watch the fireworks at Broadway at the Beach. When we got to the room. It was suppose to have two tvs and only had one and it didnt work. The maintenance guy stayed in our room for 1 trying to fix it. He just had to replace it with a new TV and it was a lot bigger.

That the information on this site is misleading the resort in the picture is not the building we stayed in if you look at this picture the small building to the left that is a small restaurant well beside that that was were we stayed and it looked nothing like the two buildings in picture. I took pictures of the room and it was a huge difference. No pic of lobby no lobby in this building the bathroom had the sink on the side so others could use the bathroom had a door a toilet and a shower tub combo couldn't even get dressed in the bathroom with a door closed it's to small and I'm just 140 pounds

We did not enjoy our stay here. This is a nice hotel but needs to be upgraded.

The room was big and had a full kitchen. The balcony had a nice view.

The first free levels of the parking deck caters to handicapped parking, valet parking and electric car charging. Sometimes its hard to find a parking space. One of the elevators was out of service and we had to use the stairs when we parked on the 4th floor. The beds were horrible in the room, our bathroom sink stayed clogged and filled to the rim. The hotel couldnt get a plumber since it was a holiday. They offered to move us to another room but we were checking out the next morning anyway so we declined. The couch needs to be replaced, the curtains need to be replaced, the lock on the sliding glass door was a challenge to lock. The hair dryer was missing from the bathroom wall. The shower was not clean at all. We didnt see a radio, hairdryer, fan or dvd player in the room as advertised.

Will not book here again.

The location, close to everything

Customer service and not so clean. The shower curtain even seemed to be somewhat stained/ dirty. Room didnt have a remote we were told over the phone that they had other issues going on and we would have to wait until the next morning. The Jamaican building was out dated and not so clean. Only good thing was the convenient location to the beach.

Unless you don't mind roaches...STAY AWAY!!!

The location was the only thing good.

The resort overall is deceiving, it looks nice on the outside...but elevators are broken, dirty mattresses, horrible smell, dusty rooms, and worse of all ROACHES!!! Seen them in the kitchen then dead ones in the bathroom. I'd say STAY AWAY!!!

The beds were terribly uncomfortable, there were stains on the sheets, the walls were so thin that other peoples blasting music and cussing each other out was a front row show. Also it was VERY deceiving of the hotel location. I thought from the pictures and descriptions we were in the main hotel, turns out the room was a 3 minute walk in a sketchy looking motel , not the high rise!!! After checking in I looked up the room we booked again and it did NOT say it was at the Jamaican resort until AFTER youve booked and already paid a non refundable payment!!! This really upset me!! I was not pleased with my stay at all.
