Stunning renovation of a landmark building attention to detail second to none. Art work well suited to the space & public spaces relaxing & large for privacy & enjoyment.

Luxe stay with exceptional service

Capella Sydney is stunning every aspect of the hotel is pure luxury, from the service to the decor to the rooms to the food and beverage options, its fabulous. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. The service is old school proper 5 star service, from the check in process to the bell desk and valet. The rooms are gorgeous. Spacious with a large sitting area and super comfortable beds. The bathroom is like a spa, massive shower and free-standing tub. The mini bar is pretty wow, theres even a bottle of Moet Chandon for $260!! Super luxe. A few minutes after we checked into our room our bags were delivered then followed by a complimentary rocky road made in-house - it was wonderfully delicious! Aperture in the atrium foyer is the perfect place for afternoon cocktails with or without alcohol and nibbles. The chickpea crisps and mini lobster rolls were really good. We had breakfast at Brasserie 1930, the eggs Benedict were amazing, the hollandaise sauce was like nothing Ive ever had before. There are many pastries on offer, omelettes made to order and an array of fresh fruit - great way to start the day. Overall the experience was spectacular and the perfect staycation for mum and I

Other than the room lighting system, I would say it was excellent

The lighting system in the room is very quirky. Upon check-in, we were not informed of the afternoon bites, and only fell upon them upon them by chance on our last day.
