Very poor

Cheap but not good.

The room and bed are spacious.

The room was very dirty! There were dust, hair and insects everywhere, and USED CONDOM on the floor (please take a look at the picture uploaded). I dropped my clothes for laundry at 8am, when I came back at 8:30om to pick them up almost all my clothes were totally wet! It was a big problem as I needed to prepare my luggage to travel early next morning. They dont have dryer. It was a nightmare! But the worst thing is that the young ladies who were in reception just behaved like I dont care and dont bother me. Frustrating.

Very good

There are newer, more modern places to stay but I like Bun Kao Guest House and will keep going back.

I know the family that runs Bun Kao Guest House and have stayed there several times over the past 20 years. Wonderful, most helpful people! It's listed on Google Maps and so is easy to take a tuk-tuk there. There was a table and chair to use with my laptop.

There were some little ants running around. Not much of a problem but I was afraid they would nest in my laptop.

Superb

Great choice on a budget

The owner and his family are super helpful and made our time in Siem Reap really memorable. The rooms are spacious, with good comfy beds, theres hot water in the shower. We hired bikes to get around the city and spent a lot of time sitting in the grand balcony watching the world go by.

My bathroom can do with a makeover, it looks quite dated and needs some love.

I liked the big bed.

There were hairs everywhere (bed, bathroom), bad smell in the bathroom and no AC (despite it was written in the room decsription), they wanted me to update the room.

Amazing staff! Super friendly :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Bed was comfy and big. I only booked for two night but ended up extending for two weeks!! A good location too.

Only location is good.

I'm traveling around Asian countries 1,5 months, and this is the first time I have very poor guesthouse.When I ordered, it was flat TV , wife etc,but I very disappointed, TV not working ( owner told me, is very expensive to repaired) , wife absolutely not working, maybe some time connected 19-15min, plus every 1hour there is no electricity.The biggest crap, In my 1,5 tour around Asian countries.Plus lots off lizards in room, night time full my bed lizards.Avoid this guesthouse.
