Very comfortable and clean en-suite room. Owner was friendly and helpful. Very close to Cockfosters Road with a wide choice of restaurants. Ample on road free parking outside the hotel.

No tea & coffee making facilities; however we were offered tea or coffee on arrival and before leaving.

Lovely venue

Staff very very friendly, Clean..very very clean!! Comfotable. Great location - easy access to and from Highway.

The bottom rooms are not for people who want peace and quiet in the day, afternoon or early evening due to the doorbell, receiving guests chitta chatta etc. It can get a bit noisy.

Very good

Great position, nice stay

Lovely hosts. Free on street parking Quiet location but still close to the tube station Lots of places to eat or drink coffee close by Spotlessly clean

Not en-suite which I knew when booking so not so much a complaint but always prefer my own bathroom

really pleasant and excellent location, would come back :)

really lovely owners, very accommodating. rooms spacious, WiFi and virgin tv. exceptionally clean

I wasnt aware ours was a shared bathroom, which is fine and probably my fault for not reading it properly but they do offer en suite rooms too

Very friendly place. I recommend it very highly.

Very friendly place. The owners were extremely helpful. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The tube from Oakwood is only half an hour's ride from the centre of London. There is also a bus (307) from the station to a bus stop near to the house if you don't feel like walking (or if it's raining)
