Staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My room was excellent with everything you could possibly want ( including a hot water bottle)! The breakfast food is exceptional - so much care and thought has clearly gone in to set a high, principled standard ( organic, locally sourced, wide variety etc - even make their own gorgeously creamy yoghurt)!

Breakfast was fine and bed was comfortable.

Ensuite facilities poor. Couldn't get hot water and the shower not much more than a drizzle. Also if you dropped something in shower there was not enough room to bend oer to pick-up without opening door

Great stay and good value

Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was really good value. Overall this was an excellent stay. Carl was really friendly and was so helpful during our stay. Freshly cooked cakes and cookies were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Great location as near local attractions and fabulous Chinese restaurant called the china garden.

Really pleasant little place that ticks all the boxes

Gteat location and Lovely accommodation. Welcoming and thoughtful staff. Loved the little extras they have about the place. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in pleasant surroundings. So much choice I have stayed in several accommodations in Brighton and this si definitely the one I will return too.
