Very good

Short and sweet but relaxing and luxurious nevertheless

Liked the: Chateaubriand Malbec deal Bed - size and bedding Complementary tea, coffee, water Bath, shower and L'Occataine toiletries

Lighting in bathroom would have been nice if it could have been dimmed A check out time for a one night stay of 12pm would have felt more civilised/ generous

For the price, the stay at the hotel was a terrible experience.

They moved our room when we complained about the bed being unsuitable.

The original room had a bed that was collapsing to the middle. The second room mattress was slightly better. However in that room it was a frosted glass bathroom door which was not sealed at the top. You could see and hear everything the other person was doing in the bathroom. The window washers came at 815am to do the outside of the windows. The corridor halls slam loudly so you can hear that bang in your room and it woke us up several times.

Lovely hotel, good value for the quality of the accommodation.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were really nicely decorated and very spacious.

We unfortunately experienced a leak from the roof in the lobby of our room. However the staff were fantastic at quickly moving us to an alternative room.

Good location for shops and sea to enjoy in the comfort of a friendly hotel.

spacious de luxe room, good heating system, spacious bathroom with huge shower, very good water pressure, comfortable bed, good desk as well as coffee table Nespresso machine Excellent Breakfast self service and prepared hot food! No overcrowding in the dining room. Good wine menu. Well organised Boxing Day lunch! Pleasent bar area with friendly staff.

Shower had no grab rails, magnifying mirror was useless, thank goodness I brought my own! Luckily I was on first floor since there is no lift. Staff helped with luggage.

Excellent stay

This place is a whole vibe it has the perfect t balance of beautifully old and modernly stunning the room was beautiful and the finishing was to a high standard, the bed was huge and super comfy. The bath room with roll top bath and separate 5* shower were a real treat. And the staff were lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be going back highly recommend.
