Guests highly recommend Leonardo Hotel Brighton for its comfy beds, excellent customer service, and modern decor. The breakfast selection is extensive, including vegetarian options, although some fel (Read More)t the meat quality could be better at the buffet. The hotel is near the train station but noise isn't an issue. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, a great stay with good value for money.

Great hotel but be warned about the local carpark!

Great location literally next to the station, hotel was so quiet at night and really cheap and comfortable. We were really pleased with our short stay.

This is not a criticism of the property but just a warning about the nearby station carpark. What an overly complicated process; the app could not be downloaded (assume because we have foreign registered phones), the number was useless the website would not accept payment. There were literally about 4 other groups all trying to pay but struggling, totally crazy! Eventually we found a QR code that took us direct to a payment page that would accept Apple Pay but we could only book until 4am the next morning meaning, yes we had to set our alarm for 4am, rescan the QR code that we had took a photo of and pay again. What an absolute joke of a payment system. Please feed this back as it would totally influence our decision to stay at the hotel again. There must be a more simple way perhaps an actual person there to take payment?!

Very comfortable hotel, couldnt hear the train!

We thought we had booked another leonardo hotel in Brighton, so went to that one first! When we realised this the staff we were very helpful, and we found the correct hotel quickly. So had to talk to a few members of staff at each hotel and all were very professional

General: No car acces at entrance to unload baggage, Room No. 318: Control of air condition very limited (could not stop fan, could not reduce temp below 19C at night), shower head needs descaling or replacement, room door could only be closed by force with a bang - not convenient at night for other guests.

Awful wouldn't reccomend due to lack of service.

The beds were comfy and the location was good but that's about it.

I have made a complaint and not heard back in almost a month. The breakfast was horrific and we were left in a hotel room with no working toilet and had to change rooms 1am and the staff member took the room key and left us in the pitch black two girls to move all their belongings out into the hallway and to another room.

Wonderful stay in a convenient location :)

Nice and close to the station, they let you store luggage before you check in and after you check out so you can go for a wander without lugging heavy baggage and its also close to some of my usual spots. Good value for money!
