Fabulous and quirky guest house in a peaceful road but lots of cafes, bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. Also within close proximity to the sea front and about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Brighton. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean with funky decor. Tony was a fantastic host and his communication was second to none. Thanks so much for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

Everything! It was clean, cozy the decor was fab. My kids loved the bunk beds above us. Tony was helpful when it came to explaining parking permits and got one for us. Would highly recommend and would stay again when in Brighton.
