A good place to stay.

The room was a good size. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Adequate storage. Good shower, information in the room, and WiFi. USB sockets available. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast:- Waitress friendly and helpful. Food OK but a long time coming.

Overall great experience, breakfast needs major improvements.

The room was very spacious, bed comfortable. The staff very friendly. Very close to bus stops.

The breakfast was terrible.. No sauce, all the items we were served were not as states on he menu. I have never been to a restaurant/pub/hotel that had no ketchup and mayonnaise.

Badly understaffed and very tired rooms. Shambles

The restaurant is nice although they didnt have my first two choices. Nice staff

The rooms are tired and poorly painted. The armchairs have been removed. The pillows are lumpy. But the main complaint when we were there was the breakfast. Absolute shambles. The chef had to leave on compassionate grounds but no backup plan. Only one staff serving who did as best she could (well done Sophie!)but massively understaffed. No cereals, fruit etc. sausage and bacon hadnt been ordered. Car crash

Disappointing

Nice clean hotel, staff were friendly but the bed made the quality of sleep terrible, Im still in pain from the bed now

Nice restaurant, clean bathroom with power shower

The bed was rock hard like sleeping on the floor, woke in extreme pain several times in the nights and at 5am I couldnt lie in the bed any longer so got up.
