Gourgous lovely friendly hotel B&B

We like that the reception area was laid out, lovely and cosy. Beautiful artwork, great lights outside the hotel. Very clean and very friendly hotel, we are planning to tell our friends what a lovely hotel you have. We also loved that your hotel was close to the sea front, easy to find as it's on the square. We had a wonderful stay at New Steine Hotel-B&B. Miss Geraldine Sewell.

The only thing was the room we were in was a little cramped and the shower was a little small. But we worked around that, we had a lovely time.

Fantastic host, great location, superb value for money

The triple room was very spacious. The host was very welcoming, happy to show us to our room. Fantastic value for money and perfect location for the gig at the Brighton Centre.

Ensuite shower didn't drain very fast, but that was the only thing I could say!

Dont know if it was anage thing or because my husband limps, but our room was immediately upgraded to one onthe groundfloor Itshowed awareness and consideration. Welcoming without being over bearing Good rooms Central location

Had a great stay, would come again. Thank you!

The set up of the room. It was quite spacious and had access to an outdoor area which was great. Comfortable and given good facilities including shower gels etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just up the road from Brighton pier.

Being on the bottom floor, when people walked about, could be quite loud.
