Good hotel, great rooms, excellent location and friendly staff.

the staff at the reception is amazing !!!! very friendly!!! they explained absolutely everything to us, they gave us very good recommendations of the city and where to go... On the other hand I must highlight exceptionally the people who do the cleaning in the rooms !!!! impeccable!!!! no detail was left out!!!! always clean, everything perfect !!!! I must say in my personal opinion so far it is the best hotel I have stayed in Australia not because of its luxury but because of the quality of the staff. thank you very much

just one detail and it would be perfect. I think the shower needs a door so that the water doesn't run out when you take a shower. It is the only detail

Superb

Great service from the reception of these 5 days. The room is spacious than I expected. The most I love is the dishwasher!

Loundry room is too small. Only 2 machines working. But other service are great!

Very happy with price and value

The location was amazing and for the price the service was excellent. No parking on-site is a little tricky but most hotels in Melbourne are the same. Very happy with the price and service and the bed was amazing too

The rooms are a little small with a king bed but thats jus personal preference. Also the bathroom smelt abit n we had to keep the door closed

Hotel staff are very welcoming, was an easy check in and check out process and great location

Room was alittle smaller than expected but it was fine considering we spent most of the time out of the hotel and it was nice and clean to sleep in

The only thing we had an issue with was the tv when we tried to stream or watch something before bed it would constantly cut out but that was only a minor problem
