Superb

Comfortable, easy, great location and food choices nearby, highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast selections and REALLY good coffee. You have to ask for a special coffee otherwise you will just get the filtered coffee (which is average) but its well worth the additional $2. The staff are so nice and very willing to help in any way. You can utilize the amenities at the big sister resort (Bintang Resort Kuta) which is an added bonus. Febris spa is just across the road and a trip to Bali is not complete without a spa booking at Febris. Food choices nearby were also great.

A number of the staff dont speak or understand English all that well which can be frustrating, but its not their native tongue so they arent to blame. It would be helpful for the hotel Management to invest in their employees and help them with their communication skills, its really the only improvement I can think of as it was all pretty great.

The staff where amazing and friendly. Very clean Yoga at the pool bar and the older gentlemen awesome and all the ladies are so polite.

Smell of smoke through out the hall ways. No smoke smell in the room what so ever.

Special mention to citra. And Ina and all the staff I work at pan pacific Perth hotel this was my Christmas break the staff and the hotel was excellent

Would definitely stay again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun at the swim up bar and the bartender was great! The location is perfect, practically on the beach and close to restaurants, shops, malls. The rooms were clean and outrageously comfortable beds! We rented two rooms, both were equally clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing.

location

the service was very slow, slow to bring coffee in the morning. Needed to ask way too many times, I was extremely sick one night and ordered room service as I couldnt move from bed - all the food was either way over cooked or completely undercooked. When it came to making payment for the room service, it was a big issue - they complicated it so much, needed actual card, couldnt accept tap, again.. I was bedridden and couldnt think straight and it was way more complicated than it needed to be. Staff woke me up every morning WAY too early for house keeping after I told them every day the same thing! still ringing the door bell over and over first thing in the morning! super frustrating. On checkout they didnt even ask how the stay was etc. Terrible service, wouldnt recommend, and wouldnt return.

Great stay in interconnecting rooms

Rooms were clean, everything in working order, all staff were friendly. The french toast and eggs at breakfast were so delicious! Would happily stay again.

The bathroom could do with some work, but other then that it was great!

Staff was very polite in FB . The front desk some of them were very abrupt . It can do with better bf selections the food wasnt great but staff were . Location is okay not very upmarket the resort the main one is definitely better I asked the staff if I wanted to move there and pay extra what is the policy , they were not very helpful

An affordable 4 star hotel for families visiting Kuta Bali

Friendly staff. Good spread of break fast. Clean rooms. Ample parking space. Pleasant pool. Ease of check in and check out. Located near to restaurants and shopping area. Easy operated air conditioning in the room.

Lack of Gymnasium, Temperature controlled water in the pool.
