The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but the towels had a smell and were hard. The hotel was in a nice location and felt safe. The AC and heater worked well, and the pillows were nice. Guests enjoyed the hot coffee, hot cocoa, and hot tea. Some mentioned that the rooms smelled fresh, and smoking was allowed outside with a bench and light near the door. Overall, the rooms had nice beds, pillows, TV, hot showers, and a cold refrigerator. The staff was friendly, though some felt that personal conversations should be avoided. The hotel seemed new, with spacious rooms and a pleasant counter person. There were no drawers, but enough space to lay out clothes. The coffee was not enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby activities and a shuttle to the casino.

Wonderful stay! Will definitely be back!

Everything was quite wonderful. My wife and I decided to give this place a try. We've stayed at many hotels in the area and this has been the best hotel by far! Check in was incredibly quick (less than 2 minutes)! The staff were really friendly throughout the whole stay, which made it a pleasant experience. Our room was huge! We booked a suite and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and smelled nice the entire time we were there. The room was very modern and had a mini fridge and microwave. Although we didn't use them, it was a nice treat to have them available. The bathroom was nice as well. The water pressure was average, but the temperature was consistent and hot! Breakfast was delicious! There were many options to choose from and we didn't leave hungry. The hotel is easy to get to and is close to many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The hotel was also quiet. We weren't bothered by any loud noise our entire stay, which was very nice! Check out was quick and easy and we were sad to leave. It's safe to say that this will now be our go-to hotel when we come to Hot Springs.

Met all our needs.

Property was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was much better than average.

Could use a little more counter space in the bathroom.

Great clean place

It was very clean, fast check in and close to the strip. The room with 2 queens is big. More than plenty of space. Only stayed for one night but would most definitely stay again when visiting hot springs.

Micotel Inn & Suites are Awesome

It was great!! It was very clean!! Smelt very clean!! Most of the staff was outstanding and helpful!! Grounds were clean and well manicured!! The breakfast was awesome!! Beds and pillows were comfortable!! We've stayed at other Micotel Hotels, and they are GREAT!!

There was a young guy who worked the night shift. He wasn't very friendly or attentive. He made up for some of it when he had to come to our room when we lost our power and had to reset the outlet. He was very apologetic.
