Overall, guests enjoyed their stay at the Best Western Queens Gold Coast. The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean. However, some guests complained about thin walls and the unfortunate view from (Read More) their room. There was also a mention of the need to fix the elevator. Government vouchers hotel!

Nothing it was scary and sketchy.

Weird homeless type people staying in it. M bathroom was dirty, shower drain didnt work well, used toilet paper, stinky room. Scary homeless people in the hallways, parking lot and elevator. Rey were everywhere. It seems like the hotel is being used for government vouchers!

There were a lot of great places within walking distance, the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations, and the Nescafe coffee machine in the lobby was great! The free on-site parking was important for my trip to save money as parking can be very expensive. There was also a pretty decent complimentary breakfast included in our stay.

The room was kind of small, but I think that's pretty standard in New York. The breakfast room seemed a bit untidy, and there were opened salt and pepper packets in with the unopened ones, it was the same with the butter.

Friendly Queens hotel

The staff were friendly and accomodating, the breakfast staff didn't rush you out and gave you a last chance with items. Breakfast was hot and extensive. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having the sink outside the bathroom.

A kettle in the room and feels a little dated.

Would NOT stay there again!

Cleaning crew was nice.

The lady at the cafeteria coughed ALL over the food right as we were eating. We threw away the food and never ate breakfast there for the rest of our stay. Thats the ladt thing you want to see specially as we sre still in this pandemic! My daughter was so disguested she threw up! Horrible!!!

Have stayed here several times simply because its close to kids.

Location, staff

This is an aging property and beginning to show its age. While convenient and the staff are helpful, its dated and rooms need updating from walls, to bathroom caulking etc.
