The front desk team, including Simran, accommodated an early check-in request and provided efficient service. The reviewer had an excellent experience during their family trip in New York, with a com (Read More)fortable and clean room on the 8th floor. The front desk staff made check-in easy and were welcoming. All the personnel were helpful and polite, with a special mention to Jennifer for providing helpful advice. The bar offered a relaxing atmosphere with nice cocktails and live jazz music. Overall, highly recommended for future stays.

The rooms were comfortable, the proximity to Manhattan and other parts Queens were ideal.

Having to notifying the front desk for room service. The price per night was high given the location of the hotel.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

Everything from the staff to the room exceeded my expectations.

The coziness of the rooms allowed me to feel very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The view overlooking the city/courtyard was beautiful.

Beware staff rude Samantha not suitable to greet for the star

Samantha on check in didnt care for any room close she was rude and not helpful where as manager forgive me Miranda/Melinda was lovely kind helpful and went above and beyond? Called next day for milk and sugar! Told ok but nothing came stayed for week

Perfect minus the dirty sheets

Its a nice building. The location was perfect for me since I had to go to Brooklyn and Manhattan

The room was small. My pillows and sheets had very noticeable stains which was pretty bad. I can understand missing one. But 3 pillows and sheets with huge black spots on it was super annoying. I ended up taking off the sheets and pillows and putting them on the floor.
