Our room was in the dungeon where people with dogs are put. We called on the 22nd and explained we would be arriving about 10:00 PM. When we arrived there was no heat on. The temp outside was about 40 degrees and raining. Our room was freezing. The next day we showered in an assessable that had one bar to hold to enter into the tub and went visiting friends. Upon returning it was cold in our room. Only 1 of the 2 queen beds was made and the shower tub had not been cleaned with hair clump in the tub. Failed to replace some of the toiletries. On Christmas morning we went to celebrate Christmas with family. Entered our room and unmade beds,sinks were not cleaned, dirty towels and washcloths were never picked up. I call the desk and was told the staff had the day off and people were advised no cleaning on Christmas Day. Trash was never emptied. We were never told of this! Parking lot unsafe for a person with mobility problem like me. On the 23 and 24 there were police entering rooms. Two police entered the dungeon on the 24th and later saw a couple maintenance men cleaning a wheelchair. To top it off at the time I reserved this hotel I was told pet fee was $25 a night. Got our invoice when we left the pet charge was $35. Oh and there is no elevator for a person with a mobility disorder. I have been in contact with our credit card company and will contact Best Western Corporate about this.
