Disappointing experience

Location was great and close to Uni, museum and CBD.

Besides of one friendly front desk staff, the other front desk staffs were very impolite and not helpful. Room was not very cleaned and vacuumed during our stay. And very noisy overall with poor soundproof (can easily hear next door guests talking, watching Tv, closing doors, etc).

Great location and clean comfortable room

Location was amazing. Friendly staff. Pool was great for my daughter. Clean and comfortable room with an extra bed for the kid. Great park for exercise and kids playground only a block away. The supermarket was close as were delicious Italian restaurants and ice cream shop.

Nice relaxing stay. Close to restaurants on lygon St and short walk into Melbourne Central.

Brilliant location! Rooms actually much better than photos on website! Swimming pool great!

Shower. It would be better for guests (and the planet) if shower had a mixer.

Will definitely stay again. 10/10 for our visit

The staff were excellent. The woman at the front desk was incredibly clear and helpful. The man who served our light breakfast was fantastic - very considerate, professional but approachable.

Very good

The best western is in a great location when visiting the University of Melbourne. Very clean facilities and great pool.

The water temperature was difficult to adjust and the temperature would change even without moving the taps.

Good - may consider staying again.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The salt water pool was a plus. The on site restaurant was convenient and breakfast and dinner were both good. A very short walk to restaurants and convenience stores. Public transport close by.

The room was small and the bathroom was worse! Our key wouldnt open the laundry, even though it should have. Stingy on toilet paper. Have never previously stayed at accomodation where theyve only provided one small roll per day. Had to use tissues when we ran out. The restaurant dinner menu was extremely small which was disappointing.
