Lovely guest house ^_^

Everything you need in the rooms is there (air conditioning, TV, wifi and more). Shared terrace with pool (which we loved). And most importantly Friendly pet (our cat really enjoyed staying there). Very convenient location (big shops: Big C, Lotus's, beaches, Thepprasit Road Nightmarket and much more is quite close). Walking distance to various restaurants, 7-11 and a small market with everything you need, as well as a coffee shop (with very good coffee). Special thanks to the owner, very friendly and helpful person. Thank you so much!!!

Fine for the price.

This place was like a family backpackers. The price point was fantastic.

The place wasn't really clean both in the room and the communal areas. Would definitely happily pay a bit more to cover the cost for more thorough cleaning and enjoy my stay a lot more and leave raving about their guest house.

The times i have been times Place covered in dust Shower room was filthy The bed not clean the toilet and the sink were dirty hair's in the sink the worst place i have ever stayed at in all the my times in Thailand bin not emptyed

MUST STAYYY!!!

I Like the hospitality of our host Peter from Geneva, He is a very kind and helpful soul, He provided us with more than ever basic necessities during our stay, Never felt so comfortable during travel. We kept on asking for things which were not added in our package such as Ironing etc but Peter made sure we get everything we need on time.

Very dirty and unkept Received no room cleaning or clean towels over the 2 days we spent there. Bar was not open Place is somewhat rundown and needs to be refurbished.
