The property was run down and the elevators were so slow and very hot. Pool and lazy river are so small for all the guests.

Charged for ocean view suite double bedroom and given a parking garage/ street view.

The pool, close to the beach

We booked for an ocean view suite with double bedrooms. We got a room with parking garage and street view. All we could see was the parking garage. I love ocean front view which is why we made the reservation. We got stuck in that room for three nights. I did two attempts with front desk about the issue. When I talked to the manager all he kept saying was 'I'm sorry' no rooms of ocean front are available until Wednesday. That's not what i got notified when I made the reservation. I paid every dollar for a particular reason: ocean front I was charged for ocean front view, and was given a room parking garage view, oh and it was the last one in the very corner of the building, it was facing the parking garage and next hotel view. Will not be returning to tnos resort at all and advise people to look more into what reservation means in this place.

All in all this was a great stay for the cost.

The parking deck only has one level suited for truck/SUV's. During our stay someone bumped the front of my truck and damaged the front bumper. I understand that things happen, but the other guest didn't notify the front desk nor leave their insurance information as a courtesy to fix someone else's property. Thankfully CHRIS was on the job. He was able to find the video of the other guest hitting my truck and their tag number while they were casually leaving the parking garage as if they didn't just damage someone else's property!! I'm thankful for the extra time CHRIS gave to helping me gather much needed information to resolve this issue.

Non refundable Fee charged and paid for any furniture damage before checking in. Ordered food at the bar, Bartender not friendly or outgoing took her time waiting on us. I finally asked where do I need to order. She said normally people stand in line to place order.

Was weary after reading reviews, but honestly it was a very nice stay.

The room was very clean and for the first couple nights, it was really quiet. We were on the 20th floor and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the room was nice and cold since it was over 100 degrees my entire week there.

The parking is abysmal. It's basically one lane for 6 stories so if someone else is coming down when you are coming up then you have to back most of the way out. Parking lot smells of weed most of the time. It's a very busy place so expect waiting on the elevator and sharing a ride with a lot of people every time you want to go to your room. Also the 3rd through 7th days it was hard getting sleep because the kids above us just ran around their hotel room like little crotch goblins all night.

The location and the pools, jacuzzi and lazy river.

Unit warn out and tired. Old appliances, the small refrigerator was rusted inside. No cutting knives. Trouble with toaster. When I was checking out another customer was complaining of cockroaches!

Location was the only good thing.

It was a horrible experience. There were roaches in my room and the manager Joe will not accept my phone calls. I never saw him the entire time I was there. Nasty. The room number was 216. I believe it was the one with pictures of Uncle Lou and the boys.
