Superb

Everything was great. Relaxing by the pool after spending the day out under the sun is priceless. Food is also excellent and the bar is like an oasis in busy Seap Reap. The room was big and cozy

It has a big pool and area around it. It is not bad location, close to center.

Needs repair. Our room did not have towels, hairdryer, were a lot of mosquitoes. The net on the window was broken so they could get inside. Breakfast is good but waiting time is too long:(

Lovely and inviting place, with fantastic staff. Rooms were comfortable. Location was great, walking distance to a number of cafes and restaurants and short tuk tuk ride to other areas of town.

Unfriendly, indifferent and ignorant !

The overall experience was disappointing. The staff demonstrated unfriendliness and a lack of concern for guests, even neglecting basic hospitality, making us feel invisible. They seemed indifferent to our requests and attributed their lack of attention to workload which appeared made up. The environment lacked hospitality, compounded by a non-functioning AC (cambodia is very hot), which despite our requests, resulted in a dirty fan as a substitute. The approach to sustainability impacted the room's amenities negatively. This stay stands out as the worst in our experiences, especially compared to the typically warm and lively hospitality we've encountered in Cambodia. Overall, a regrettable and unpleasant experience that led us to eagerly count down the days until our departure."

We had a great stay at Babel. The nice garden and bar area is a perfect place to relax after a long day at the temples. The breakfast was very good and the personnel helpful and kind. They also have a nice shop and pool area. Being our first accommodation in Cambodia, it was a good start! Great price-quality ratio.
