We didnt even stay the duration of our booking. We stayed 1 out of 3 nights very weird atmosphere, tiny room, food took 45 mins to come out even though we were the only ones there and then missing half of our order.

Lovely stay, would recommend

The staff at the property are so lovely, very accommodating and polite especially FaFa. The opportunity to go to the sister hotel next door so more than one pool/ location to be at. All inclusive alcohol only includes beer/ wine however the staff were accommodating and let us have cocktails. The food was nice overall, lunch and dinner was five star!

Property is at the top of a steep hill so a bike is definitely recommended. The all inclusive option is to go into the sister hotel next door.

Disappointing

Never again!

Only thing I liked was the fact the water was hot.

1. The buffet breakfast was NEXT DOOR... .no restaurant in the building. 2.NO STAFF after a certain time or in the morning. Only a receptionist. If we needed anything or if they didn't clean the room we had to walk all the way down to reception for things. They didn't give us clean towels had to use the " pool" towels. 3. The ants and bugs in the room was horrible. Couldn't risk leaving anything on the counter Was really a horrible hotel. Only the Nightshift receptionist and the driver were kind.

The room and the pool

Advertised that there was a surna and massage and gym but there was nothing. We payed for breakfast and you had to walk to a different motel to eat because there dining was closed
