Location is very good! Big room! Clean and comfortable bed. AC, wi-fi, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, hot shower is what you have in room.

Super loud music from bar right in front of my room until 4 am. Bad smell in toilet/shower.

Only bed (with exception)and ac was ok

No proper entrance Had to remove my shoes at the entrance and use ther slippers, which did not make any sense to me ? As the entire place looks old and worn out Bar noise from nearby Hot shower not working Wifi did not connect, and issue was not resolved.

U get what u paid for. They give towels, hot water exists, ac wifi works fine.

Like everyone else said the bar is open until really late and u can hear it even from the furthest room; but not a problem if u r a night owl :)

Friendly staff. Easy going management. Good WiFi. Had a very enjoyable Thai massage for 200 baht.

I suppose they could put a Hotel sign outside.I couldn't see a Baan Picha2 sign outside.

Happy with the owner's willingness to solve any issues.

I liked the owner who was really helpful but she was not capable to solve lots of issues that I have faced on the first day especially when I checked in at almost 6 pm

1. Wifi was totally off on the first day. Though the owner committed to make it available by the next day 9 pm, surprisingly it was solved at 12.30. 2. Shower flow was so weak and unusable that I requested owner to let me change the room, and request was granted by God's grace. But after changing room, situation of the shower flow was improved a little. 3. TV was really a junk. it can switched on and off, no channel can be found using extra remote for the TV box. 4. Dark Stairs to the level 3, No body was concerned about switching the light on for the customers, I have used my mobile torch while using stairs.
