    If you stay in Pattaya, stay here!
    We loved the place so much! The room was clean in every corner. The bed was big and comfy. We had a balcony and a big bathroom, great shower. AC worked perfectly. The room is equipped with water, a mini fridge, towels and a tv. The Host was so welcoming and friendly. She gave the place such a personal home vibe and makes your stay as comfortable ad possible. We were also able to use the very well equipped kitchen anytime we wanted to. Even tho there were other guests it felt like we had the place for ourselves. Very quiet house and area but walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!!

    Fantastic lady on reception and general duties. As much coffee as you want. Shared kitchen available in reception. Often free fruit etc in reception.
    Balcony very small. Room overlooks hotel opposite and vice versa. Pool very small.

    Nice hotel, good location, can walk to any points of interest. Good bright room, clean and comfortable
    Staff is never at the reception, very hard to get a hold of them. We stayed for 10 days or so, but the room was cleaned only once. When we were checking out, there was noone around to give back the key deposit money, fortunately there was another guest there and we were able to arrange something with him. Not a downside of a hotel per say, but on the road to the beach there are dozens of dogs that get aggressive at times. Was never attacked, but unpleasant experience to walk by them.

    Owner was very helpful to give some recommendation where to park my car during the Firework Festival 2022.
    the location - far away from all the noise, 10-minute walk to the quiet and nice Jomtien beach. Family room - was good enough for a family of 5. the owner - very nice, kind and hospitable Rice porridge in the morning
