It is a good option depending on your travel plan.

The information reviewed needed to be clarified to understand the site's location; although it has access to the train within a short distance, the travel times do not facilitate tourism. The hotel is comfortable; it has a good breakfast and related prices/services. However, there are opportunities for improvement with the room door opening system, and it should be made clear in the comments that it is located in an area with a high flow of informal markets.

Nice comfort stay in New York

The location and the size of the room in New York

The beds and furniture are quit old. The heater/aircon is quit noisy and you can hear the neighbors. Breakfast does not have too many choices.

Poor

Got poisoned from the food, room was very dirty!

The breakfast was disgusting. I got poisoned from the milk they gave us and was vomiting all the 6 hours on my flight. After having that breakfast I immediately felt sick and then on the plane I felt faint and started vomiting. Was feeling poisoned couple of days after too.

Proximity to the subway, under 10mins and also close to the skywalk mall where you can do your shopping. The neighbourhood is safe to walk around even late in the night.

The breakfast was the same throughout and the staff has to up its game on hospitality, offering bag carrying to n from the guests rooms will go a long way

Perfect.

The room was very clean on arrival and we were told to let them know at reception when we like our room to be cleaned. The breakfast was fine and good enough for us and their warm breadrolls were delicious. Coffee was good and quality was fine. When leaving the hotel we were surrounded by nice restaurants and interesting places, with the subway it was less than 1 hour from the hotel to Times Square. Sheets were replaced on every cleaning and it there were no bugs.

It took me a while to figure out the doorlock maybe updating to a newer system is the only improvement that I can imagine.
