Beautiful Calm Homestay

Good location, beautiful gardens and decor. Very well thought. The stuff was attentive and polite. The breakfast was great. The host were nice and very welcoming. We will be coming again.

Wonderful.

We very much enjoyed the entire place. The location, the decor and ambience, were excellent. The Staff, including Mamlesh and Raju were respectful, kind, and ready to help in any way possible. Every little need was catered for, from the heaters in the bathrooms to the in-room tea and coffee arrangements. One felt completely at home. The property is also close enough to Sukhna lake that we were able to walk there in the morning.

There is nothing to complain of.

The ambiance of the entire mansion. An eclectic mix of Naval history and maritime paraphernalia, Bollywood photos, and high-end European crafts, all very tastefully presented through out the residence.

Outstanding experience at a unique place

The whole property is a labour of love and it shows in every detail. Dan is an attentive host and his staff is exceptionally helpful. The house is beautiful and located in a pleasant, leafy area. Heartily recommended to everyone looking for a wonderfully relaxing time.

Great ending of my 2-weeks Indian trip.

Fantastic house! The interior is something unique. The owner is a very nice man, he was a captain and a movie actor, hence the house is decorated with ship objects like anchors or propellers. Plus, the staff are super helpful, they provide anything you need. Every morning they serve breakfast, you can choose Indian or European food and a lot of sides: cheese, jams, fruits, whatever you like. Definitely recommend this place to stay, worth each rupee.
