Excellent, beautiful spacious hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel, very large rooms, comfortable beds and gorgeous grounds and pool. The rooms are nicer and bigger than anywhere else I've stayed recently for a very reasonable price. They have very attentive and friendly staff. It's also much closer to the Angkor Wat temples than other hotels in center of the city which means a 15 min drive to/from tours rather than 30min, which is a major plus if you want to rest in middle of day. And they offer a free 1-way airport ride and complimentary laundry service which is very rare--and very helpful when you are walking in red sand dust all day!

Breakfast was ok but not quite as exceptional as everything else. Slightly less selection than buffets at other hotels and service was a bit on the slow side compared to the hyper-attentive service everywhere else at the hotel. Easily fixed by adding a few staff to restaurant in morning.

Small hotel with excellent service and facilities.

Quiet location not far from the city centre and temples. Complimentary tuk tuk, mini bar, extras in room and laundry very welcome. Nice mix of European and local food. Staff very helpful. It had a small hotel feel with big hotel service.

There isnt an elevator but staff help with bags when needed.

Just because of this place would definitely go back to Cambodia. Everything was great here!

The staff provided the best assistance and service you can ask for. The property is beautifully designed and comfortable. The service is 5 stars and the food is amazing.

Wonderful stay in Siem Reap to discover the temples and city

Very attentive and genuinely friendly staff. We were picked up from the airport and were already offered a fresh coconut and some cooling towels. When at the hotel drinks and fruit skewers were offered for free at the pool side as well as a bottle of wine and a fresh fruit plater at the room. Tour bookings and shuttle by remorque (a small motorbike with trailer, not a TukTuk) to the city centre where various top restaurants are located were organised meticulously by Emily who looked very well after us. The room is spacious and the beds are clean and comfortable with a set of pillows to choose from. The breakfast was served at the terrace or in an air conditioned room which felt like a conservatory. Lush green gras and palm trees surround the two pools and there are ample sun loungers and sun shades. Additionally, we were offered an hour of massage for each of us which was very pleasant after a long day of walking around the temples by the owner David.

Overall the cleanliness of the rooms (bathroom / entrance) can be improved. Sometimes some towels were replaced and were missing even though we did not ask for new ones. The safe should be properly mounted to the wall in a practical height and we were missing some hangers for the spacious. Despite the vast choice of breakfast options offered, the quality should be improved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is perfect to unwind and relax after visiting the temples.

The breakfast was not very good, this should be an area of focus for the management.

Amazing stay and definitely coming back here

This place and staff working there is amazing! Also they all speak English really good. We had a lovely stay here. We both travel the world for work and visit many 5 star hotels but this place is a place we will definitely remember. Food quality is very high and they have delicious Asian and European options. Location is perfect, and if you like to go to Angkor Wat or city center I would recommend using tuktuk. The hotel arranges this for you. But you can also bike if you like. Room is very comfortable. Also the owner of the hotel picks you up at the airport. If you have time you must try the spa, it is very nice. What we liked the most is the service, the super clean rooms, pool and restaurant and the communication with the staff, especially with Long.

I noticed that they changed all our towels everyday, so there was no option to re use your towel (better for environment).

The landscaping and architecture were lovely, it felt like a little garden in the midst of Siem Reap. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the food was good and the staff were very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay there!

If youd like to be in the town centre, Anansaya is a bit further from there than other hotels.
