In totality,. it was a terrible experience, I was so far from reality.

A very good marketing strategy by displaying the most amazing and fun loving places on their website to attract customers but in reality, those places are far away from the location of the property.

Everything is wrong with the reserved property, that is the first shocking thing when you get to the property, that is why it was never displayed on the page, my room was never cleaned till I left and there was no visible staff to talk to. They need to tell people that they are coming to share a kitchen so you know what you are up against.

If we need book somewhere to stay there in the future Amazing London will certainly be an option.

Host very welcoming on arrival and room was warm and clean. Close to local amenities that we required and a short walk from our sons house where we were based for Christmas.

As mentioned room was a little too warm for us for sleeping in, but that is a personal gripe as we are used to unheated room by choice and not a reflection on the quality of the room. A toilet roll holder would have been a nice touch in the bathroom.

really great place, enjoyed my stay here and I sure I would stay again

safe, close to tube, warm, great facilities, rooms are fairly large and have comfy chairs.

close to the road, so some traffic noise but it didnt keep me awake

Very good

Quiet place.

Very close to The South Woodford station and bus stop, love the mattress and cozy bed, pillows.

We stayed for a week and run out of toilet paper, tried to message to the landlord twice but no response after 2 days and we have to go out and buy. Seems they only care when you get in, otherwise we never seen landlord whole week. Bathroom doesn't have hand soap.
