Great stay! Amazing staff and facilities.

Amazing staff. Very clean and hospitable resort.

Pricing for items and food far too expensive. For perspective, it cost $16 AUD for x2 tiny bottles of water. The quality of the food wasnt amazing, but the service was very good.

Honeymoon esque, very beautiful.

The resort could not do enough for us. The staff - particularly Lovi were amazing! If you have the joy of meeting her you will be very lucky. She in particular was so kind and attentive and made a continued effort to make our evenings pleasant. We wont forget her! The views and the rooms were luxurious; we booked a river view and saw complaints that there was work being done which some people had an issue with - the noise was next to nothing and the times that the renovations were being made meant you werent really in the room anyway. The spa was lovely as were all the staff who made a big fuss of my partner for his birthday. I paid for his bed to have happy birthday and the staff went the extra mile and gave him a cake for nothing - such a kind gesture. We went on multiple tours and saw a lot of Ubud and surrounding areas with Komang- what a great guy!!! He couldnt do enough for us and was really kind and thoughtful as well as showing us as many sights as he could with as much knowledge which we are so thankful for. Really beautiful hotel and really beautiful people. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay as wonderful as it was.

I found the hotel to be quite expensive - I had read this before hand but didnt expect it to be such a difference as it was outside of the hotel - however we didnt mind as the service was beautiful. Expect around 3x price of outside the hotel. 6 beers outside of the hotel was 300k, whereas one beer may be 150k inside. Once again this can be expected at a honeymoon type resort. Another point is that tours do not include ticket price - we were made aware of this however and were happy about paying entry fees - full day tour was around 1.5 million without extras. But this again isnt a con its just good to know! Overall the hotel had NO cons for improvements - the rooms were perfect and cleaned beautifully and the staff provided a 5 star service, you cant ask for much more.

The service in the hotel is really very high level! Attention to details ! Villas with private pool! Territory of hotel is very beautiful! Yoga class is so nice! Special thanks to PUTU (yoga coach) and LOVI from restaurant for exceptional service !

Fridge in villa works to loud. Especially during the night. The prices are over priced too expensive for Bali

Great luxury hotel

The staff were very nice. Lovi, Putu Wijaya and Eva were genuine and so helpful. Rooms were spacious. We had villa with private pool which created great ambiance. Pool was cold though so we didn't use it as often as i hoped but we read next to it and with the fountain it sounded great. Very peaceful and serene. It was far enough from ubud that it was relaxing but close enough to get a taxi easily. Would stay here again as it was clean, great food, peaceful and great location.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Cant wait to be back there again

Amazing hotel, the staff are just on another level super helpful, welcoming, accommodating and just fantastic. The breakfast was really nice, the beds are the most comfortable and the yoga with Putu was the highlight of our stay! The hotel is very clean and had a luxurious feel, we will definitely be back for longer next time!
