Lovely, friendly, helpful staff.

1. Would have liked a fan instead of air conditioner. 2. Some fly spray to deal with mosquitoes would be appreciated.

Very enjoyable and would definitely reccommend. It was a great way to end our Kenya stay.

The breakfast was great with a wide choice and well-cooked food. We loved the fact it was 24-hour which made it convenient for our flight times. We were also very impressed by the pool area, especially the food which was delicious. The hotel's transfer 'shuttle' to the airport was also very handy and the staff were all very friendly. We also liked the little shop inside the hotel.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Maybe the poolside staff could have been a little quicker with the food and drink service and we were unable to use the safe in our room as it was already locked.

Service was great and the airport shuttle service made it so easy. The cleanliness was great and the breakfast was yummy too!

Disappointing

No Recommendation

When we arrived the free transfer was not there. So we had to walk in the middle of the night through the airport. Then they told us to go to another hotel which was really bad, even when we said, that we will get picked up the next morning at 6am for a safari.
