Great stay in Nairobi

This is a nicely run camp with wonderful and helpful staff. We enjoyed our one night here. The food was good, there is a pool on site and it was helpful having the ability to do currency exchange here too. This is a nice eco friendly camp.

My only downfall were shower temperatures. Because its eco friendly, hot water is run on solar and first come first serve as its available in the day.

Fun times in exotic paradise.

What a beautiful property in Narobi. Very clean tents with a full bathroom. The property is full of wildlife like monkeys, exotic birds, and other species. The food is tasty and the bar is open. Plus, the value is amazing. Enjoy

Fantastic place! (fix the breakfast arrangement)

The deluxe tent was clean and the beds were comfortable and warm. We loved the shared fun activities- the pool table, ping pong and the pool. The grounds are well kept with lots of nature.

The package said bed + breakfast and we were surprised that a lot of the items that are typically part of a B&B in Kenya, you had to pay for. You could only pick one from a list of four and everything else was extra. This felt misleading.

Great beds and pillows. Lovely people that work there. Very clean facilities. Good was nice. And a plus when I was there many solo travellers, so we had some drinks and food together.

Not much outside of the compound. So I need of taxi/Uber or your own car. Other then that beautiful place

We really liked all the eco aspects. Also the beds were very comfy and showers good. We stayed in the cottage rooms

Dishonest Staff and Management/Nice Place

Pros...lovely place...

Cons...2 dishonest staff. Julianne the lady on reception. Nic the heavy handed guard on gate. Was overcharged extra person in room for 4 nights even though id booked for two people so there was only two of us in the room. These two are after money and not to be trusted and will be the reason i never return which is a shame as its a nice place. Booking.com have also tried to retrieve the money from the resort without luck. I guess this Julianne is at the bottom of that too. I will have to be refunded by my bank. I hope the resort reads this and takes the appropiate action...but i doubt it. BEWARE.
